Ordered this because a gem fell out of my other. I have both sides of my nose pierced so I wanted to get the same studs. One of my nostrils is slightly larger, I was nervous about the smaller stud falling out. But I've had these two studs for 3 weeks now and they've never fallen out! The gem also stayed in place. Good product so far so good.
