I've been looking for a long time for an attractive hook that could be used in the concrete ceiling of my second floor apartment. This turned out to be a great choice. I drilled a hole for the lead screen sized to match the 'special' screw that came with it. I poured epoxy on the outside of the screen before screwing it on and let it dry for 24 hours. The nice thing is that the hook can be retrofitted and rotates on a special screw, so you don't have to worry about the fixed position of the corner. Not only does it look good, but you can now hang an elephant on this hook. If you have a more typical ceiling material, the fasteners you need are included in the hook kit. Good product.
