This is the continuation of a never ending saga trying to find a microswitch that actually works for more than ten cycles. I even installed a 24V TVS diode to try and lengthen the life of the poor switch. The system voltage is 24V and the Amps for the Shurflo Revolution pump is about 7 Amps so it is not exceeding the 16 Amp rating of the microswitch.I finally caved in and replaced the switch with one from a bag of 20 of them I got on Amazom back in 2019 that seem to work but you hafta grind down the plastic housing with a file to get them to fit into the housing. It is just annoying. But these switch drop right in so I really want these to work since it makes for a much faster repair. But only lasting two or three days is not acceptable for a Shurflo pump.
