I've never had a problem with this product (or any of it). This stainless steel polish is great. It works consistently and I never have to struggle with it to work. I don't mind the Method brand either, but this one is healthier and smells better, so I prefer this one out of the two. It cleans and brightens my stainless steel appliances and the homes I clean. I can be confident that it won't leave streaks as it washes off easily. Some are annoying to use and take too long to use (and take turns horribly) which is no longer ok in my house and definitely not when I'm in someone's house. I just spray it on (it's a white creamy liquid) and rub it in with the grain (straight, no swirls or arches). I do one section at a time. I use one side of my cloth to wipe it down and immediately use the other side (or another cloth) to wipe it down. Don't let it sit (or you'll have to buff like crazy). move fast And keep going until you're done. I use this primarily for my stainless steel two door refrigerator and stainless steel gas range. I also use it to brighten up my convection toaster and a few other stainless steel items in my kitchen. In people's homes it can be anything - a dishwasher, refrigerator, ovens, ranges, sinks, kettles, etc. HE CLEANS AND POLISHES (like most). Mmmm, how good. Save some money and buy the twin pack option. It takes a long time to down a bottle, but the savings are worth having another on hand. This time I forgot to do it so I spent $7 for 1 instead of $10 for 2. Oops.
