Shiny dishes after first use
I was skeptical but I was impressed when I opened the dishwasher after the first use and noticed that my glasses were actually cleaner and shinier. I haven't noticed any difference with plastic, but I've found that my plastic items dry better with rinse aid. Use both if your dishwasher supports it.
