I bought this pan to make banana bread as I'm trying to find a healthy snacking alternative. When I was baking bread in my original shape, which I had for years, it took a huge amount of non-stick spray to get the bread out, so I wanted to try this brand. I was hesitant to add the very sticky batter to the pan without a sprayer, but I figured the worst part was I'd have to bake a new loaf. When the bread cooled, I flipped the pan onto a plate and the loaf slid out! After I poured it out there was almost no residue left in the pan and it is very easy to clean.
