I've tried four other brands of medical bracelets and they didn't last very long for various reasons, mostly with respect to the band connection or closure. These metal ones are great as they can be worn 24/7 without a problem. Also, the font is larger than on most other bands, and you can put up to 7 lines of info on it, which are good things. I can wear it in the shower or while swimming, so if I get an attack and fall or pass out, the band will be there for the paramedics or other medical personnel to see immediately.
