Loved this design, slightly cheaper than some other Thai shorts. My height is 6 feet, 171 pounds, waist 30 inches. I'm quite skinny but I ordered size L even though the size chart said M would be my size. restricts the legs a bit, but it's still doable, I can still pedal with some restrictions. XL would have been better for me, at least to be able to pedal freely without feeling like the shorts would get in my way. For someone slightly heavier or taller, you may want to go 1 or 2 sizes up than you normally wear
