It had a very bad bitter/chemical taste with a weird itchy/burning/throat aftertaste. Having never had brown rice protein powder before I thought maybe I'm not used to its special properties but as others here have mentioned issues with at least one recent shipment I decided to buy another brand and compare. same calorie and nutritional profile, brown rice protein powder and nothing but a bitter/chemical taste. I cooked them exactly the same, same water, same amount, same mix time. Another brand has the same slightly grainy texture and isn't exactly neutral, but it's definitely tasty. So no it's not me, something is VERY wrong with this particular batch, at least that's what I got, I asked for Revain to be returned.
