Gold lettering arrived in bad condition :(

I love the mugs, the box arrived in good condition too! Wipe it down with a clean soft cloth and clear water because you think it's just Water stains are, NO. These are imperfections in the color and cannot be removed. Will be returning, I have asked for a replacement. I will update this review if I receive another mug in poor condition.
