I bought this camera from Revain a month ago and am very happy with it (and of course with the excellent service from Revain). I won't repeat the many benefits mentioned in other Revain reviews, but I was blown away by Sony's online customer support. For many years, the strategy of most CS companies was to promise more and deliver less. So I was completely unprepared for my excellent experience. I couldn't find a specific "how to" answer in the camera manual, so I went to the Sony website. After entering the model number, I was given the option to have a live chat. To my amazement, (a) I was put through to someone straight away, (b) she was quick to admit that DSLRs were beyond her power and referred me to a specialist, (c) the specialist answered after a few seconds, and (d) she answered correctly my detailed and rather technical question! I am still shocked. If you're arguing between camera manufacturers, give it serious thought before making your choice.
