I was looking for a powerful washing machine for our ceramic tile floors so I ordered the I clean electric mop. The product is easy to use and excellent for light cleaning. We have 3 dogs and they run in and out of the house bringing dirt and sand into the kitchen/common room. It took a long time to clean the tiles and I had to use a different floor brush to clean the really dirty spots. I then used it on tiled bathroom floors and it did an amazing job. Bathrooms took half the time to clean and it was easy to get into hard-to-reach places. I've never used a rotary mop and love that it's electric and doesn't have to fiddle with cords. I would like access to a video explaining the best way to use the mop. It took me a while but figured out how to assemble and use it. After using it a few times I went to charge it and found that my husband had thrown away the cord I needed to charge and I panicked. I contacted the seller to see if I could get another cable and they responded immediately and kindly sent me a new one for free. You couldn't ask for better customer service! I would definitely buy from this seller again.
