Much nicer than expected.
I have just one small complaint; Longer bread must be cut or turned. Here are a few things I like: the gear-like dial, the snug fit, and the high quality of the plastic parts. The fit and finish is better than the Kitchen Aid toaster I'm replacing. The dial evenly adjusts the hue from just warm to crispy, basically there are more options than I use and a consistency I'm not used to.
