We have been using vLan for over 2 years now to manage our network infrastructure in multiple locations around Australia as well as some remote sites located overseas (Singapore).

The support team are very responsive at all times of day via email or phone call when having any issues that arise during normal business hours. I cannot think off anything negative regarding this product so far. If you need an affordable managed solution then look no further than vLAN! It's helped us improve overall security within our organisation but more importantly it has also allowed greater control over how we utilise our bandwidth resources which would otherwise be wasted if not properly controlled.
