You will love this chandelier! However, installation can be expensive if you have HIGH ceilings. Ceiling heights of 20 feet or more require scaffolding for installation. This setup becomes more manageable when you have a team of 2-3 people or one really PATIENT person. Remember that each crystal hangs on a string that you don't want to tangle. Instructions are good if you follow them. The end result is really beautiful! I am very happy with this purchase! However, you must be patient that at least 2 people with scaffolding are working on it if you have VERY HIGH ceilings. However, once you're done, you won't be disappointed! Just beautiful! I deducted a star because there was no half star due to the COST of the installation and you have to be a little patient. However, the time and expense is well worth it!
