We bought 4 of these for myself, my husband and our 2 children: a 3 year old boy and a 9 month old girl. I was so confused by the mixed reviews and sizing chart that I will try to help others. My husband is 5ft 10", 175 and he usually wears a 34 waist and oversized shirts, we bought him a size XL and they fit great. maybe a little roomy. They are unlined and fit more like trunks than board shorts. My son is between 2T and 3T and we bought him 3T and they fit great, like little euro floats, I LOVE them! My daughter is a size 9-12 months and we bought her 12-18 months and it fits great, she has some room to grow which is perfect as it's not quite summer yet. 5'5", 125 lbs, 34C, slightly larger in the hips, usually wear a size 4 in pants, usually a size 8 in swimsuits (from stores like J Crew) or medium in swimsuits (from Victoria Secret) and Based on the Measurements on the size chart, I bought a large, well it was too big! I arranged a return and the seller was GREAT! They made it really easy to get my size right. I chose medium and the chest area is a bit roomy i could probably go too small but i hate it when swimsuits pinch my hips so i leave it on, the ruffles still cover up the boobs and it's snug enough that he won't like it has an underwired bra with removable panels the material is quite thick but a bit see through don't embarrass but it's a white material usually double lined and it's not are they really h quality swimwear? No, but for $15 I'm very satisfied. For the price it's great quality and not paying a lot for a matching swimsuit set, I'm so excited to wear them together!
