Review on Efficient Sewer Inspection With 1080P Triple Lens Industrial Endoscope Camera by Lucas Hale

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Bright light, color video

This scope works fairly well but takes a little practice to get it to exactly where you want to see it. I used it in a copper water pipe to see where the clog was and it was hard for me to maneuver once the tip was no longer visible. The wire is semi-rigid, but unless you straighten the whole thing out it's hard to maneuver inside whatever it is that you're trying to view. This was my first attempt in buying and using one, so if you've used them in the past, you might know some tricks that I'm not aware of yet.I did use it inside a hole in the drywall and had better success as the light lit up a bigger area and I was able to pinpoint the source of the leak. It worked great that way, because before we'd have to cut a larger hole in the ceiling, with enough room to get our heads through to be able to look for the source of the leak. With this device, we just cut a small hole and that made repairing the drywall easier and quicker. The screen is a nice size and we didn't have to squint to see what it is that we were looking for and it was in color, not black and white as our security cameras are.
