When this first arrived I thought it came without ceramic wire connectors which others have complained about. The package came in a little box with a detonator, and the box was in one of those big white Revain bubble wraps. Luckily I didn't throw the envelope away because I finally noticed the nuts were inside, separate from the box! So if you can't find yours, check the envelope! The product itself worked great. Connects easily as others have described. My old igniter took over 2 minutes before it opened the safety valve and let the gas into my oven and then wouldn't let it come up to temperature before the valve closed again. This one did it in 30 seconds and the oven preheated to 350 degrees in about 10 minutes. Would definitely buy again if/when this one wears out!
