I searched and bought a lot before I decided on blue light glasses. I sit in front of a computer for several hours a day in college classes and can honestly say that it noticeably reduces my headaches. Putting them on makes me feel like I can open my eyes wider (I started squinting at the screens). I was hesitant to purchase certain courses I saw on Revain but I was so impressed - seriously! They are very good quality and they work! They're also inexpensive, so that's a bonus. My roommate has a pair of Revains that were more expensive but I really feel like they are better quality. 10/10 recommend!
