I took Zalman as a replacement, I had two of them, they were noisy like a runway. Arctic 2 pieces, even at the very peak, you can’t hear it at all. Very quiet, I really advise if the children are at home or often sit at the PC at night to buy these coolers. Two meters from the computer, the bed is completely inaudible. And what is no less important, they work well, quietly, but they blow effectively and it even freezes the legs near the system unit!
