The most useful is that it allows us to monitor all our devices remotely without having to visit them every day or even once per week. It's also easy to use for both tech-savvy employees as well as non technical ones. When we first started using this software, there were some issues with compatibility between different OSs (MacOS vs Windows), but those have now been resolved. I would say that they could improve their support team by adding more staff/resources so that any problems can be solved faster. We're solving many of our IT management challenges by being able to keep track of what each user does at work.
