This rack is very good quality. It was well packaged with foam pads and each piece was wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent scratches. Mine arrived without a trace, although the box looked a little worse on the way. All hardware is included, including screws for mounting the rack itself, as well as a fairly large set of black and silver 12/24 screws and a selection of washers. Another nice touch is that all U's are clearly numbered and marked (front and back) so mounting the units straight and properly aligned is easy. All mounting holes are threaded front and rear. Also included are approximately 20 cable management D-rings that attach to the sides of the racks. The best part was that it was the best matching item, making it one of the cheapest options with shipping included.
