I bought two of these hand free leashes, hoping they would work for at least one of my dogs. My 105 pound black lab pulls, but does let up when she is told. This leash works great for her. It has a little bit of a bungee in it, but not too much that she gets too far away. There are two handles on the leash itself, just in case you need to pull your pet close (passing car, another animal.). The handles lay flat on the leash, but are easy to get to if need be. The little pouch isn't big enough for most smart phones (we checked various ones at home) and is pretty flimsy. Best used for treats, tissues, or an ID.
