I like how easy it was to navigate through their website for my business needs. The customer service team were very helpful when we had questions about our account or any issues with using the system. It's sometimes hard at times to find certain features that you need but they are always willing to try help where needed! Nothing really dislike so far as i have used them now once only. They do provide great support from start up until after your site has been live! We use the platform mainly for stock control/inventory purposes along side other systems also providing reports etc.
