I use my phone 8-9 hours a day full time at work and needed a wireless headset so I can get up and move around while on the phone. I will say it's amazing, the quality of the microphone is excellent and the sound is good too. The sound is faint but quiet, that's not a problem at all, just adjust the volume on it, easy. As for the battery, it's great! Its duration is incredible! Connection? Surprisingly, they offer the option of using either Bluetooth or a more stable USB connection (still wireless). Also, the headset doesn't squeeze my head at all during my 8-9 hour shifts! If you are looking for a headset for working in the telco industry then I would highly recommend this one!
