I have a Hewnda stainless steel noodle maker for making homemade konjac -Ordered Shirataki noodles. The pasta maker comes with five sizes of pasta, which allows you to use different pasta shapes. Holes range from small to large on spaghetti cans. There is a mold for wider noodles and a unique mold for making round noodles. The pasta cooker is relatively easy to clean, but requires some work. Also, the stainless steel in both mounting areas is sharp and can cut if you reach out your fingers to scrub with a sponge. Due to the sharp stainless steel, I recommend using a bottle brush. I recommend rounding off these edges to make cleaning easier. Also, there was a rougher area on the handle that also felt sharp. It took some time getting used to how to fill the kettle. It is believed that it is better to put on the press first and make sure that the handle is completely unscrewed. Then fill the pasta machine and bring it into the desired shape. It's worked best this way for me, although I've seen it used in other ways. This may not work if you first lay out the form, fill it out, and then put the press on top. Overall I'm happy with the maker, although it does take a bit of time to clean up and it's a little sharp in places. It works well for my purposes and I will continue to use it regularly.
