The best part about this tool is that it's very simple to use. I like how you can easily navigate through different tabs and screens. It doesn't have too many features but if you need them they're there! Also, the support from their customer service department is amazing. Sometimes when we get stuck on something, they will call us back within minutes and help guide us towards what exactly we were looking for. This has helped me so much as an employee who needs assistance with my boss' computer all the time.
