The product itself has great functionality for lead management/ scoring along with other demand generation tools in one platform! This allows us as an organization to have all of our marketing needs under 1 roof (and that's not easy!).

It also provides excellent customer service which we appreciate very much since it can be difficult at times getting answers when you're using multiple vendors or platforms from different companies such as Salesforce etc.. In addition I do like how easily integrations into third-party software solutions happen - this makes life easier if your team isn't familiar yet!! Would love more integration options but overall so far no problems thusfar. Lead gen; scorecards across channels including social media campaigns; contact profiling via email addresses gathered through various sources.
