Supposed to support USB 3.0. That's what it says on the box! I can't get this camera or any other Logitech camera to work on my MS Surface Pro 3. What is the problem with these cameras or what am I doing wrong? The software is installed, Device Manager recognizes it but cannot retrieve it. that I get this stupid error when I try to troubleshoot.
