Works great until what many others have said happens. It falls apart after a few descents and tightening doesn't help (I tried ripping off a few bolts). It would be a good design if it didn't have so many moving parts. To fix this I leveled everything on my bike and then permanently fixed the bolts that had come loose on their own with construction glue. Be sure to leave enough unsealed so you can remove the protection later. All in all a good option for those of us who don't have an iscg-5 mount.
