Easy access for customers, easy response from customer service team via instant messaging or email support anytime during day time without wasting valuable working hours (especially with long waiting times). The lack customization options makes us feel uncomfortable when we are looking forward customizing features which other companies have already made available as standard such pricing etcetera; but if one wishes having their own branding then they can do customize everything by themselves very easily & I love the ability to see all tickets in one place, easy access to customer support, the notification system and the ability for my team members to respond via email. It would be nice if there was an option to have notifications sent to me instead of just my team. The ability to have multiple people working on different tickets from home has been very helpful. It allows us to get more done in less time with fewer resources.
