Excellent customer support and excellent overall ticketing

I was able to get my ticket resolved very quickly compared with other issues where tickets have taken weeks or months for resolution (or even acknowledged). Customer Service team are always friendly, knowledgeable & helpful! The only thing i dislike about this system is how slow some aspects can be - especially when trying to create new issue/ticket etc as sometimes certain functions do not seem compatible across all platforms but nothing too major there really. My main problem seems solved…

  • Very quick response time from customer support
  • Knowledgeable staff who respond well promptly within reasonable timescales.
  • Easy way through most admin tasks via online portal access

Great Platform - Very useful: Revelation helpdesk

Easy access for customers, easy response from customer service team via instant messaging or email support anytime during day time without wasting valuable working hours (especially with long waiting times). The lack customization options makes us feel uncomfortable when we are looking forward customizing features which other companies have already made available as standard such pricing etcetera; but if one wishes having their own branding then they can do customize everything by themselves…

  • The ability to see all tickets in one place and have multiple people working on tickets from home

  • The lack of ability to see notifications sent to me instead of just my team
