Great frying pan! for casserole dish

This little frying pan holds a lot! I have a toaster/convection oven that can hold a 12" pizza so this pan fits well. The only problem is that I have to turn the lid upside down so that the lid's handle doesn't touch the top element. I cooked 10 chicken wings in it with the lid on. I first added just 1/8 cup of water to the pot and then added 10 seasoned wings. I cooked them at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. I just used part of the oven. not convection. You turned out beautiful! Tender, juicy and even browned under the lid! Next time I will use smoked hickory bbq sauce or hot sauce for wings! Delicious! Don't worry about acidic food in this pan! Next time I plan to cook a small roast in this pan. I would call this pan a small Dutch Oven. All granite utensils are thin. They cannot be hit or they will break. But they are very easy to clean. After the wings are baked, I just add dish soap and hot water to soak them for about 30 minutes. It was easy to clean! I would recommend just using a plastic scraper as this is enamel. But I didn't need a mop! Just soak, and it all washes off easily! I love this pan! If I take care of it, it should last a long time. I think I'll be trying to cook braised pork chops with mushroom sauce soon too. I'll get back to you with updates. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pot has a sharp edge around the lid. Apart from that I really love it. The lid fits well. You can also prepare a large casserole in this pan!
