The collar itself seems to be well made. It's pretty wide too. However, the sliding closure doesn't really hold tight, so it can come loose if the dog pulls on the leash. Because of this, I still have to use his regular leather leash. The locking mechanism feels nice and is easy to use. Another thing is that it does not stand out and does not attract attention at night. I know it's not meant to be, but that's usually when I use it, so I thought I'd mention it. In general, this is good because it conveys a quick message, but there will still be those who will ignore it.
