Great Replacement Plug
I had no problem installing this replacement plug. You do have to be very mindful of wire cutting measurements so that the wires are neither too tight or too long and in the way of the back going together. Be careful if you remove the blades that they go in the same way they came out, if not the back will not go back on easily, if at all.
