We were searching to find out who our ideal customers are; we needed it as part of an upcoming business development project. Our team had access to all contact information from different segments - this was very useful! The system itself could be more user friendly (ease of use) but overall I think they have done quite well with what their offering now. They do not make you sign up or pay any monthly fees so its free until your ready to upgrade if required. If someone has been looking at other providers then yes give them a try there's no harm doing so just see how it works best for yiu. Identifying target clients/customers through segmentation & matching this against database info such as email address etc..
