Fantastic partner and resource for growing online presence

The best part was their ability to understand our business needs very well as we were new clients with little or no experience working together! They also did an amazing job of communicating throughout all stages from initial meetings through post implementation support work - they really made sure everything went smoothly so it felt like home away form my desk!! Very effective prospecting tool and cost efficient solution

We were searching to find out who our ideal customers are; we needed it as part of an upcoming business development project. Our team had access to all contact information from different segments - this was very useful! The system itself could be more user friendly (ease of use) but overall I think they have done quite well with what their offering now. Great Product & Amazing Customer Service

I like how they are constantly improving their products to match our needs as we grow with them! They have been very responsive when it comes time to ask questions or solve problems - great team of people over there!! Nothing so far at this point but glad everything went well. We had some initial issues getting up and running (and understanding all features) but YS has always been quick to respond via email. The support from the Sales Team was also fantastic during onboarding/training process…
