Review on KYB KG4012 Gas A Just Gas Shock by Gabriel Tomato

Replaced some old Monroe gas shocks with these. While they've greatly improved ride and handling, I'm not sure they're as good as the Monroes were when they were new. The Monroes were much heavier and larger in diameter. KYBs wobble noticeably when undressed; the worn-out Monroes still didn't have the wobble. I don't know if the shaking affects performance, but I'm curious. It is very difficult to compare shock absorbers without testing several different brands on the same vehicle. I would call these hits good but not great.
