I've had them for about 3 months now. I've used them a little. My hearing is no longer the same. One of the reasons I bought them was for the extra boost and also to be like a neighbor and not turn on the TV. To that end he was successful. Another benefit I like is that I can walk into the kitchen or another room and still listen at the same volume. Good bonus. However, the range is limited. Walls and distances will definitely affect the signal. The sound is interrupted. With walls, the range of impact is over 20 feet. Frustratingly I was sitting 10-12 feet away directly in front of the TV with nothing in between and I had dropouts from time to time. That's unacceptable, but I'll live with it. I have a new pair of Sony WH-1000-XM3 that work much better. I will also mention that they are uncomfortable to wear for a long time. They dig their throats. Sony should make them flatter or wider at the bottom. Add at least some spacers. Battery life was decent, but it's a bit difficult to place the headset on the charger. I have it, I will use it and if Sony ever makes changes I will consider upgrading or trying Bose next time I'm in one of their stores.
