Good travel or outdoor dog bed

We have bought two of these beds and are generally happy with them. Can't yet comment on how well they clean or how long they last, but for intended outdoor use they're good. They come in very cute blue pouches that look like little dog sleeping bags. They are quite thin as other reviewers have said. When we use them outside at home we stack them on top of each other for more softness and both dogs lie on stacked beds with plenty of room. But when we take them on trips in their adorable little doggy sleeping bags, we usually let them sleep in our bed, and they don't seem to mind that the beds don't squeeze much. We left the beds in the rain. and they were all filled with water. They were very heavy and took a long time to dry. Other outdoor dog beds we've had in the past weren't like this, so we were surprised. But once they've dried, they look exactly the same as when they were new. We didn't have the issue that other people mention in their reviews of the beds deflating or sliding down, but they're pretty light, so I can see that happening. We leave them overnight and so far no problem except rain. The gray top is a soft material and the blue bottom is a thin tent-like material. The beds are quite functional but not as comfortable as we would like. But it might be a case of "be careful what you wish for" because if they were a little fatter, they would be harder to travel with. Overall the beds do the trick and the dog seemed to enjoy them.
