This is the best top vacuum cleaner I've ever bought for my business and I don't use exaggerations. For example, we go through vacuums once a year since we use them every day on low-pile or high-traffic retail carpets. I was always with the Hoovers. Once I didn't, and "cheap was expensive" as my Latin American friends say. First, it's a piece from the start - right out of the box. No cord, no handle, nothing to do! So the design is much better in my opinion because the grip joint is usually a huge weak point. However, this pen is strong and durable. The cable is just a stub so you can attach your own cable of any length to it. It comes with a very strong and durable orange cable, but you can use any cable you like. The Hush feature is so quiet I can sweep part of the store without disrupting the entire flow in the customer service area - without losing suction. The dust collector/filter is easy to use. The stick is good, but superfluous in my opinion. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
