average maybe. for hand vacuum cleaner

self-propelled. This helps in cleaning large areas. The on/off switch is inconvenient as it is sort of on the top of the canister. Where the power switch should be is a power boost switch which I have to assume you can increase the power to lift heavier objects as this is supposed to be a commercial vacuum. However, if this is actually the case, then it burns through the belts. The belt can burn out before you know it. Before that I only used a normal household vacuum and probably changed the…

Broken Belt On Vacuum Cleaner

When you buy a Hoover you think you're getting a great product. Which is not entirely true with this vacuum cleaner. This device has been in our office for about 2 months and the strap has already snapped. We have many cheaper vacuums out there that have definitely outlasted this one. When I tried to call Hoover I was on hold for about 15 minutes before I got fed up and just ordered 3 new Revain belts. I can't imagine many people calling Hoover for help. It's also a good vacuum cleaner and has…

BEST Vacuum Cleaner EVER!: Upright Vacuum Cleaner

This is the best top vacuum cleaner I've ever bought for my business and I don't use exaggerations. For example, we go through vacuums once a year since we use them every day on low-pile or high-traffic retail carpets. I was always with the Hoovers. Once I didn't, and "cheap was expensive" as my Latin American friends say. First, it's a piece from the start - right out of the box. No cord, no handle, nothing to do! So the design is much better in my opinion because the grip joint is usually a…

not worth the money

I bought this vacuum cleaner to work around my apartment building. I have about 250 feet of hallway to clear. The only thing I like about it is that I can add another extension if I need a longer cable. When I first used the vacuum cleaner, it was just clogged with dust. There's no easy way to clean it other than loosening about 12 screws on the back to fully detach the hose. If I don't empty the dust bag every 25-30 feet it loses suction. It tends to eject dirt as the brushes rotate rather…

Medium Vacuum - Vacuum

I was looking to replace our old Eureka Boss and saw this one for sale at Revain. Firstly, contrary to several reviews, this is not a self-propelled vacuum cleaner. Although with a little effort it rolls easily. The silence feature seems like a waste of time, not to mention the power boost feature which I'll just keep. Why would I need less suction when it doesn't feel that strong anyway? There is no way to loosen the brushes when vacuuming bare floors. The elastic hose is too short (although…
