Wrong dimensions
Measurements are inaccurate affecting subwoofer enclosure placement, they also taper to 1.5 inches at the base. The 2.5 inches at the wide end is actually about 2-7/16 inches. The tabs seem to hold the port firmly in the MDF box, so once I figure out how much to cut to get 41Hz it should work.
