Great product but note that Displayport/HDMI adapters only work one way. The adapter you see on this page is Displayport TO HDMI. If you connect your HDMI PC to it and connect it to a DP-In monitor, it won't work. There are technical reasons why this is the case, but if you are fully interested you can search google and visit the technical site. However, if you're trying to upgrade from Displayport to HDMI, this product is great. (This is also a much less common need. Most PCs have HDMI, but not many have DP.) Remember this Product = Source (DP) > Display (HDMI).
