Cute, comfortable and very spacious but be careful if using a laptop.

Do I really love this bag? It's super comfortable to wear. It also has loads of space. It has many pockets of different sizes. One problem I have is that when you put multiple items in one bag, you have to search a bit to find anything. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there isn't really a cushion or protection for the laptop. When I first used it to carry my laptop, a small piece broke off on the side when I took it off.
