You receive a complete machine and it was delivered on time. It will be a little oily and rough to the touch but for the money this is a working machine! If you've never used it before, there's no manufacturer support or simple in-box instructions. However, they have a Facebook group and many YouTube videos to help you. DO NOT disassemble without instructions and training if you plan to sew right away. It's not easy to time Alin's car without instructions, but if you go to the Facebook group, there are download instructions. Once you understand how it works, it's a good tool for hobbyists. I am happy with this seller for the price and shipping was fast enough.
