This set is as advertised. This makes it easy to cook in my pan. The handles don't get hot and the steel is just the right thickness and stiffness to handle food with ease. The selection of tools is also large. I only have the tools I need, no more, no less. Perfect! The only exception are pomace bottles. They're garbage - or worse. Small snap caps will not stay on the tips. They're so fluffy that they can come loose, so don't expect to have any oil or water left in them between cooking sessions unless you intend to store them upright. They also leak along the threaded portion of the cap around the neck of the bottle. When I try to squirt water under my smoking dome, the water spills around these filaments and I get a hot burst of steam on my wrist. I throw them away and buy other bottles. I would still buy this set as most of it is so great (I have two of these, one for the RV and one for the home). However, I bought separate vials to use with it.
