I had a little trouble putting it together at first because the parts fit so tightly together. Instead of lowering the post straight down into the slot in the shelf, I first pushed one end of the post in a little, then tilted it down until the entire post was in place, and then pushed straight down until it was fully seated. So the pin itself acted like a little wedge that had to be inserted into a clean slot. I am very satisfied with this product. This creates a lot of storage space in a very small space. It perfectly holds Dr. Bronner's liquid soap, baking soda, and other cleaning supplies, along with toilet paper, a small dustpan, and brush. I also like that everything is plastic as it will never rust in my humid bathroom. For the reviewers who said the wheels get stuck in the grooves in their tiles where grout resides, perhaps replace the wheels with thick felt pads that you would use under chair or table legs. It should glide smoothly over your uneven surface.
