A new one on the day of delivery insert filters . My fan immediately started whistling so loudly that it could be heard throughout the house. My house is exactly one year old and it's not my equipment. This is a filter. After investigating what was causing the whistle, I determined that it was caused by an air filter that was more than 50% clogged and the fan assembly was barely functioning. This results in high energy bills and future repair bills due to the stress on your blower unit. This is unacceptable. The charcoal they put in (looks like they spray it out of a can and it's not saturated with filter fibers) clogged the air filter. This is unacceptable.
