Commercial service technician here. I have had this scale for 6 years now. Decent scale but buttons don't work in the cold winter months. I have to keep my fingers on them to warm them up and they still don't work properly. The scale doesn't always tare when I need it, so it's frustrating for me to deal with. Especially if you're on the roof in the middle of winter trying to get the job done quickly so you can get off the roof. the scales fell on the sidewalk. - Both cheap plastic latches broke and now the plastic hinge is falling apart. - The only cool thing is the 240+ lb load capacity. and I would not recommend it if you trade for a living and plan to use it frequently. If you work in a lab where the balance will remain stationary and be stored at high room temperatures, be sure to use the TIF model this time.
